Question: Is it rude to walk up behind someone, put your hands over their eyes and say "guess who?"?
I like to go into public places and do this to people. There are so many possibilities of who it could be when you're out in public and they almost never guess right.
Answer: I would say if you're close to that person, no problem. But choose wisely, you might get an elbow in the gut. Lol

Question: What's with the whole Tobi/Madara/Obito thing? ((spoliers!!))?
Okay, I know a LOT about Naruto as it is, but what I don't understand is this relationship between all these "Characters". I know about Obito being Kakashi's former teammate and the fact that when half his body was crushed by a boulder, he offered Kakashi his only working Sharingan eye, which he took. Supposedly, Obito died. I know that Madara was an Uchiha that went up against the first Hokage at the valley of the end, and that he might have been the one to summon the nine tailed fox on Konoha, and I know that Tobi is known little about. I've heard theories from "Tobi IS madara" to "Madara found Obito's body, took over it, and renamed himself Tobi" to "Tobi is Obito." but I'm confused. Everything seems weaved together some how, but I can't figure out how it is. Also, it is now apparent that Tobi is the true leader of Akatsuki, but what would "Madara" or "Obito" or both want with it? Would someone please help me solve this issue that 's been driving me mad lately? Thanks much ^^
Answer: oh wow!!! you dont know how much i think that Tobi is Obito!!!!
but you know i just recently heard a theory just like that. that Obito/ Tobi is being controlled by Madara. but you know i have reasons why Tobi is Obito. Obito and Tobi have similar personalties. Madara would never have a voice like Tobi if you heard it in episode 33. Madara wouldnt act like a dork... and besides.... TOBI DIDNT SAY HE IS MADARA!!! I kept reading that page over and over again. Tobi didnt say he is Madara. He seems to be referring to 2 different kinds of power.
1 his power. 2nd Madara's power. or Tobi could be saying that he has the power of Madara. Ive been on this Tobi/Madara/Obito case for a while now so im trying to get to the bottom of this. but my bad ass fact here that proves Tobi is Obito is the mission where Obito "died" was on the village hidden in the grass. Tobi was under the teachings of Zetsu. A missing nin Frome THE GRASS!!!!!! this isnt a coincedence!! I highly doubt that Madara would control Tobi. If so there is no reason why he should. But still im investigating so tune in. Here are more facts made by yours truly me!

Question: Does anyone know how to create an animated DVD video from a series of jpeg images?
I would like to create a short animation that I could burn to a DVD & play on any DVD player. I have the ability to produce the jpeg or gif images for an animation. I just need to know what reasonably priced (or free) software is available to turn this series of jpegs (or gifs) into a video that I could burn to a DVD. Any help would be most appreciated! Thanks Can you add the link?
Answer: I know you can do this with Photoshop Elements 2, because I've done it. Here's a link to a tutorial for Photoshop Elements 3 to give you an idea what the procedure is. Photoshop Elements 2 came with my Epson printer; so I'm sure there are copies available at a resonable cost. You don't have to buy the full version of Photoshop to get this feature. Sorry I forgot the link. Here it is:
